the most violent fighting game. and there was an cabinet at the Bunny bread bakery outlet back in my hometown.

I remember being actually scared of the demo screen. the day I learned ( by my own violent youthful self) about the bloody slushy finishing move was one great day for me.

It was hilarious to see fagguts roll an Elf or Half elf and then moments later ask about being Fighter or Cleric or some shit.

Also there was no reason to play Thief/Rogue back then but every team needed one. They were literally a shittier more delicate Fighter, and nothing more. They existed only to open chests and disarm traps, and their success rate even then was suicidal. You were nearly entirely guaranteed to die before even halfway into the campaign back then.

Also for this discussion I will add, the Capcom game has 2 "Magic User". While this is accurate to older editions of DnD, they seemed to have set up 1 functioning like a Sorcerer and the other functioning like a Wizard, for some 3rd Edition flavoring. Obv the one with the wizard hat is the wizard, edgy fagget is the sorc.
