Where do you guys get your roms nowadays, I used to go to rom hustler but most of the nintendo game roms are down now. I'm specifically looking for n64, wii, and GameCube.

Besides removing the tabs in the cartridge slot, what modifications do i need to make to a PAL N64 to play NTSC games? I've heard that the system will boot into PAL60 if an NTSC cartridge is inserted but i can't find anything to prove this statement.
