I have a soft spot for this one. Not a particular pretty game, but the hack-and-slash gameplay is good fun. Unfortunately you can also equip bows and arrows, and they're grossly overpowered: you won't want to go back to swords/knives afterwards.

terrible shit brown everywhere, but I found the gameplay loop pretty fun. Slice slice slice, and every enemy soldier explodes furiously when killed.
