Technically, since a lot of the shit on the 2 sites are still for sale on DLsite and elsewhere, and his site only has the DMCA exception which covers old software -only- (people tend to forget this; Nintendo Power magazines were removed, not the ROMs), he could have just said he doesn't want to archive the shit for that reason. Of course, when he & ArchiveTeam still authorize and prioritize the uploading of FurAffinity with all the cub porn and horse fucking as well as Tumblr's "MAPs", he's just looks like a massive retard.
