Hard to tell, apparently Mario 128 was cannibalized into parts of Mario Galaxy.

Also Marionette (puppet game or codeword for Nintendo's online service) and Cabbage (an openworld game like Spore but made by Itoi from Mother fame) etc... so many things planned for the N64 DD but canned because it bombed.

Sad really. I know we eventually got most of the stuff released in some way. But I'm still curious about the the 'what if'...
