This also got a remaster for PS4/Vita in recent years
>天外魔境第四の黙示録
Has a PSP port but they censored story content/dialog (same sort of censorship as Linda Cube on PS1, for "disturbing" content like cannibalism)
>スーパーロボット大戦F & 完結編
Also has a PS1 port with misc changes but doesn't seem to be dramatically different

I picked up the PS4 remaster of Doukoku, Soshite.
I enjoyed the original on Saturn back in the day, pretty good point 'n click.
