In English? Outside of Ys1-3 (and 4), you can try:

I can't recall other RPGs on CD. A few have been started but unfinished (like Xanadu), others were started (e.g. emerald dragon) but by folks who might not be motivated at all any more.

On Hucard, there are a few more.

Shoryu Sensen: War of the Dead (this one's neat - action RPG a la Zelda 2 with side-scrolling battles)

and a few others.

They're not RPG but action games with RPG elements, but there is also Tower of Druaga and Valkyrie no Densetsu, also with fan translations for HuCard.

For the first time, this action RPG (think Zelda II), and arguably one of the earliest examples of a "horror game" is translated! Pretty exciting stuff! I've been waiting quite a while to play this in English.

Main things:
-Game is now in English
-hackers fixed the overflow bugs that caused you to die if you leveled up past a certain level, and caused your inventory to bug out if you held more than 14 items

The above change makes the game much more palatable now, and emulators mean you don't have to deal with the ludicrous 20+ character password system. Some might cite the HG101 article and say this isn't the "best" version of the game, but it does probably play the fastest and drops the jerky scrolling of its Japanese PC forebears.
