I get the feeling that the majority of threads like this, the ones shitting on universally beloved games, come from zoomers who didn't experience the game when it was culturally relevant. As much as that ages me as a faggy millennial, I forgive them because there are so many factors about a game's place in the culture and how society was at the time that contribute to it being a classic.
