Alright, guys. I gots a theory. If you kill more than one guy with fatality punches REALLY quickly, you end up with one or more "fatality tokens", which is an inventory item that you get when you successfully land a RIPNTEAR on someone. Thing is, you're supposed to spend those tokens immediately on the guy you just killed. Killing more than one guy near-simultaneously screws that whole system up, letting you keep a token from one extra guy to be used on a completely different enemy. I've tinkered with the player properties to prevent that from happening, but it still allows you to punch quickly at the start of ripping a guy. My guess is that the problem could lie within some ACS thing that Mark wrote. ACS is way beyond me.

Of course, this bug is also present in the regular v19. For the time being, all can say is to try to stop punching as soon as the fatality animation starts.
