My camera settings are 1/60 shutter speed, 100 ISO (sometimes 50). I turn off all the lights in the room to prevent glare. Reducing the brightness/picture settings of the monitor might help too. In essence, a darker the better.
Training your hand not to shake to reduce blur is important as well. If you've got a tripod or something, then all the better.
