You're on the wrong board for that.
But as far as /vr/ is concerned you still can play a bunch of games, either mainline or spinoff: Yellow (if you want a slightly different experience from R/B), GSC, the Stadium games, the trading card GBC games, Pinball and Snap.

Kids at my school made up stupid rumors about Yoshi, Kirby, Sonic, Bugs fuckin' Bunny, several Digimon, made up Pokemon and second gen Pokemon like Togepi and Marill being in the original games.

Most were through ridiculous methods like beating the elite four a certain amount of times, naming yourself something specific and having all 151 Pokemon.
