Tomb Raider has a procedure that checks the position of Lara Croft. If she is in conflict with a stone block it will reposition her automatically. Usually the repositioning is millimeters on the square she is already standing on. In very very rare circumstances the repositioning procedure can make Lara jump from one block to another.

The level designer used this fluke for a very very hard to reach media pack. The player has to keep upsetting the collision detection until Lara is automatically repositioned to a block that was impossible to reach otherwise.

Lara has to stand on the edge of a block and keep jumping and eventually she is in a position that is impossible as she is in conflict with a block so the collision detection is alerted and moves Lara but in this peculiar incidence moves her to an otherwise impossible to reach ledge, with a medi pack.

It is a really funny moment if you go through it all.
