which would mean you get SOME ps1 full speed
for jrpg my 3ds cant handle it seems like a nice tiny one
wants:

i dont want to smuggle a giant memedeck at work;
i do want power to run game my other \hhg\ devices maybe cant do as well

the tablet\carmount was still my favorite though all my passengers would laugh

a cheap portable, or repurposed tablet+controller will be the best option because of the following reasons;
>price (if lost\stolen its not the end of the world)
>repurposed phone\tablet, again not main device so if destroyed no big deal
>dedicated machine solely for gaymen (no attention seeking-apps constantly popping up)
>dare i say it, FUN
