I installed the "Enjoy-SP Mod" because I came to dislike all the grind, makes sets, uniques, etc. drop more often while keeping the ground clean from most trash.
You actually find lots of low level equipment early on and don't have to do hundreds of runs to find something. Gambling is also plenty fun. I can recommend it.
