Taking baby steps in generating a HUD. That shit is complicated as fuck.
Of course these are just placeholders right now, but just like with harder hitting enemies, I want to convey how hurt you are not via
numbers, but via the HUD itself, so the avatar in the corner goes from
green to yellow to red depending on how much health there's left (I
originally wanted to have an EKG, but that seemed too Resident Evil),
and the visor gets cracks depending on how much armor is left. I am also
trying to figure out how to make custom fonts.
