even at 1 round per tic, miniguns (and lasers) don't fire fast enough when doing sweeping motions
so i fixed that and made a minigun with bullet interpolation
shoots bullets between your current and previous aim position
proper cutting lasers will finally be a thing

next: figure out how to zscript-ify that 3d spread code ijon made
