This stuff is misleading. We're not really sure how many logic blocks a system uses. Raw power alone isn't an indicator. The SNES for example is using 75% logic at the moment while NeoGeo only uses 37%, which is crazy. That's because blocks need to be allocated for all the special chips even though they won't all be used at a time.

NES also uses 45%, still way more than a NeoGeo probably due to all the mappers.
