Did you know Romero confirmed that the hole on the back of the Cacos is an asshole? Also that little black dot in the Imp's crotch in it's dead sprite is indeed an asshole. He said blame Kevin Cloud, not him.

I know that is unrelated but I heard him answer that in a Q&A recently and this reminded me of it.
