80s kids who pronounce it "haidrawssity" had minimal difficulty solving the barrel's puzzle.

We know that PlayStation and Saturn made heavy use of dithering in their games to create transparent effects...

We also know that these effects are lost when using RGB Scart or S-video cables. Is it possible to recreate the dithering effect by turning all the way down the CRT TV's sharpness so it will blend the dithering creating new colors/transparency?

I don't have S-video cables for PlayStation, Saturn or Genesis. I only use composite.

I read that the sharpness should always be on the lowest possible, because it introduces artifacts that are created by the TV and aren't going through the cable at all.

Can anyone test this?

Maybe that'll put an end into the "composite vs. RGB" fight.
