Originally, the character probably learned a strange and humorous dialect of Japanese when she was away at school - one that, if directly translated. wouldn't be remotely funny to westerners despite being hilariously silly to native Japanese.

I love Working Designs, by the way.

Last thread got janitorized (maybe OP deleted) after I posted this but best is to let it come to you. Work at local used game store, undercut 'em and/or cultivate your rep as the guy who buys retro locally

Original wave of newfags here.
Came to 4chan in 2005, slowly watched it collapse under his own weight.
As most people back then, you either went to /a/ and/or /b/, I started off with /b/ and as it became the cesspool it is now, I along with most of the users migrated to /v/. Then we all watched /v/ fall apart all over again, and last year I hardly even mustered up the interest to go there. Then the new boards were announced and I came to /vr/ and am slowly enjoying /gd/ as well.
This place is great, but in these last two or three weeks I am starting to feel some changes going on as well, there is some some underlying bitterness in most discussions that usually didn't happen in the first months, I might just be looking too much into things, or maybe I'm just too paranoid, not wanting to see yet another board falling apart.
Oh, and my age is 26.

/vr/ should really make an essential jRPG list. There are so much games out there it's real hard to decide. And not just naming all the games, a pyramid scheme is necessary, starting with the obvious ones at the top and going down to the most obscure ones.
