For me it's 'Fall of Sandro'. Not because it's hard, but because it feels redundant. I firmly believe that 'Union' should've been the culmination of the campaign. Also, the map itself was ugly-looking which annoyed me even further. Likewise, the entire 'Specter of Power' campaign felt cheap and lackluster, so I'll include them in that category as well.
