yes and no. "pegasus" was common name for famiclones around here, but there was a metric shitton for other models, there was no "official" one like dendy dominated in russia.
pegasus (pic related) was the one officially distributed, which you could buy in toy stores and such. i had a clone of sega megadrive - same casing, same gamepads, same everything, except it only run famicom carts. parents bought it on a market for my 1st communion. excellent build quality, best famiclone i ever saw. my friend had a famiclone which had similar casing to original famicom. later were popular polystations and those extremely cheap and shitty black famiclones with blue power/reset buttons.
