You really do start way at the fucking bottom. H.P Lovecraft actually burned some of his early stories when he was a teen, because he stepped back and thought "My GOD, what a cyclopean turd!" and didn't want anyone to read them.
Making it more /vr/, you had John Romero and John Carmack starting out making crude hacks of Apple II games. I was also gonna say Tim Sweeney made SimuSex, which is embarrassing, but it turns out it's probably a different Tim Sweeney.

He's not done that much loli. Out of roughly 100 Flash animated works, 4 or 5 of them could be claimed as loli, and half of those are arguable. He certainly likes tentacles, and he made that his shtick, but it's still only like 10 or so animations out of his body of works.
He did a lot of still art too. No idea how much exactly, there's no one centralized and complete collection of his stuff that I know of, and much of what you can find is very partial or has a lot of duplicates, or even works not by him. Fair amount of tentacles there too, but still not all of it, maybe like, half? But that's a high estimate.
