Can anyone approximate how the following compare in display quality:
- console 240p composite output to CRT TV
- console 240p RGB output to CRT TV
- emulated 240p output to 1600x1200 CRT monitor
- emulated 240p with 5x integer scaling and 1200p output to 1600x1200 CRT monitor

People always say that CRTs have no native resolution and will smoothly scale anything, but surely the ultimate clarity of the image will hugely depend on the dot pitch of the display and 240p on a CRT monitor will look nothing like 240p on a CRT TV.
