For me it depends almost entirely on the price. I may not play them right away but there's no way I'm walking away from Gekioh Shooting King for two bucks, even if it's missing the manual. Same for common games I didn't previously own though, like Pac-Man World. No interest in most sports games or other shovelware, but if it's a title or developer I know about or just looks like a fun time, I'll buy it if it catches my eye at the thrift.
