VIOLENT RUMBLE UPDATE:

Doom modifier:
>shotguns will now knock back enemies killed by them
>shells from ammo boxes cut in half
>lightning gun with plasma ammo now functions as a BFG at the cost of 20 plasma (new audio files in sounds/plasma)

Updated the FGD with stuff that has been in progs but experimental or overlooked:
>misc_model visibility can be toggled and has a spawnflags to start as invisible (check your misc_models if you used any... I don't *think* I broke anything but let's make sure)
>trigger_hurt can now be toggled on and off and has a spawnflag that makes it only do damage in the instant it is triggered
>added trigger_detarget which removes targets and/or target names from monsters who touch it (depending on spawnflag)
>added trap_tesla_coil, trap_gods_wrath, and trap_gravity_well from Scourge of Armagon (thought these were included in PD2 but apparently not)
>added item_nsigil (secret level runes, also updated models - pic related)
>specific_enemy string for monsters - makes them attack an entity with a matching targetname (see: Shub's Wager)
>charmed float (0 or 1) for monsters - makes them friendly and follow a player (like Horn of Conjuring)
>not_counted float (0 or 1) for monsters - makes them not count towards a monster count (zombie audience and competing monsters in Shub's Wager)

misc:
>railgun will now always gib any enemy it kills
>added some missing out of ammo messages
>several weapons should now properly attempt to switch ammo types before switching weapon when you run out of ammo
>new button to check how many N-Runes have been collected (impulse 102, default N key with updated quake.rc)
>updated Shub's Wager with some slight balancing changes and an adjustment for misc_model changes (the shit I was doing before was retarded)
