In an interview with Hiroyuki Miyazaki (Sega producer who was leading the selection of games for the Genesis mini) he mentions that they had to remove some games not to hurt 'modern sensibilities'.
What games could he be referring to? Maybe the gay character Ash from Bare Knuckle 3? (he was removed from Streets of Rage 3 in the West)
