Someone reverse engineer the Super Turbo GBA port engine to make a fighting game for the GBA with visuals similar to capcom's SNES games which i always adore, heck, even use it to port Alpha 2 to the GBA with the SNES port visuals but more stable and maybe extra frames

Or even redo Alpha 3 with better visuals
