This is the only good Nintendo property.

What I never understood is, what does a pterodactyl care about Metroids, or Mother Brain?

Do you know where all of the secrets are?

In super metroid when you come out from a wet area your feet splash for awhile when you walk and I think that's really cool.

Why is this considered to be one of the best games of all time, when the combat (main gameplay premise) is so simple and poor? Does the banal exploration redeem it for some people?

I really feel like this is about as close to a "perfect" game I've ever played, sure it's got some flaws you could find I'm sure but nothing is truly perfect, hence why I say "close to". That being said, are there any other similar games that aren't Metroid? I know about "Metroidvania" too, perhaps anything with a fantasy theme?

Which Metroid games are worth playing? Never touched the series before but I'm playing pic related and enjoying it.
How do you rate this one compared to the others?
