The Puzzle Link games and Magical Drop are neat little time wasters.
The fighting games are actually pretty decent. I'd recommend SNK v Capcom and SNK Gals Fight. They take time to adjust to if you're use to play them on consoles, though.
The Megaman Fighter & Battle game was always my favorite game, though you will have to stumble through Japanese on the menus.

ABSOLUTELY stay away from the Dive Alert games. I thought they were going to be a cross between Battleship/Navy Blue and In the Hunt. What you're seeing is 90% of the game.
