Yeah, nope. This game is a hot mess. It's got some neat ideas - would be a great SNES/Genesis game - but the NES limits how they're executed so you deal with a lot of segments where you have to memorize enemy placements because they fire as soon as they appear on the edge of the screen, or having to make incredibly exact jumps, or just praying you don't take too many hits and end up facing three giant canons with only your fists as weapons.

I think I really hate the NES, I don't have the patience for this shit anymore. Too few actually good games.
