Oh, right, I forgot .pk3s are actually just rebranded .zips. I'm real tired, yesterday was stupidly long.
Anyway, with the weapons complete, the last stuff could use brightmaps too, so you (or maybe you're not them) could finish the last few frames. I included quick and dirty ones in the .zip, maybe they're usable, or maybe you can do better.

They should all behave Vanilla (except the Sword and Saw), and the sprites are all paletted. Maybe I could do some kind of truecolor version some time, because working with the green range for the plasma for instance, drove me up the goddamn walls, so that could maybe be a bit better, but that'll have to be some sort of distant maybe.
I actually worked very consciously with the palette for Phase 3, which is why the weapons don't look like absolutely washed out shit, so there wouldn't be a lot else I'd change there for something like that.

Primarily they're built on the Decorate version of the 94P guns, so there's the bulletpuff effects and ejecting casings as cosmetics (which won't be in the MBF21 version, obviously). If you dislike those features, go comment them out, it's very easy.
