A dude on IRC had the idea that, since 200 minute /vr/ worked out well, we do another community project. This time, we make a map pack one room at a time - one dude makes a room, passes it on to the next guy, he adds a room, etc etc etc.

The rules (or something) are this:
- Boom format. We did Doom format last time, so this is the next step up.
- TEST YOUR MAPS IN PRBOOM+. We don't need ZDoomisms screwing things up for those who want to play a limit-removing map pack.
- You get the textures in vanilla Doom 2, along with cc4-tex.wad. This should be enough for most purposes.
- There's no time limit for making a room, but if it takes more than a day you might be trying too hard.
- Mark off extension areas with ALLBLACK, to signal that your room ends here.
- Try to keep a consistent style. If you're going off a techbase map, don't just go 100% hell. If you want to change styles, make a transition in the entrance to your room, or have your room be the transition.

Besides that, you're free to do what you want.

Upload the map you're working on to Best-Ever when you're done with your room. When you upload the file, use the naming scheme "vr_oneroom_map##_r#.wad". For example, room 12 of MAP17 would be vr_oneroom_map17_r12.wad.
Again, this is to keep track of things.
