What's a good usb/pci capture device for older games?

It seems like the market is flooded with cheap, poorly supported devices. What's even more confusing is that there are some that will not work with signals under 480i.

Also, how would you go about splitting the signal, so that one goes to your computer and the other to your TV? I'd like to still play my games on my CRT if possible.

Lately, I've developed a hardon for early 3D graphics.

Anyone else ever feel the same? There's just something so surreal about that grainy, blocky aesthetic.

Is it weird that I'm buying a Sega Saturn JUST because I adore old 3D graphics so much?

I think the Saturn always had that sharp, colorful, arcade-like aesthetic.
