Sup /vr/

I want to play some good ol' NES on at least a classic NES controller. But I don't have money to buy games seperate. I bought two of those multicardridges with 100+ games on them but they are NTSC, so games play very slow on my PAL NES.

So I found this site that sells USB NES controllers http://www.retrousb.com.. I don't have a PC though so I thought maybe there's a way to put an emulator on my xbox one to play NES games? Or is there a way to make these multicards work. They can't find any PAL multicards. NTSC NES doesn't work on PAL tv from what I've heard.
