Bonkers was not a phenomenon or some shit but it was fairly popular, regardless of its place within nostalgia and "the best cartoons" lists online it got 4 seasons when plenty of shows only got like 1 one or 2, and it was reran for a pretty long time consistently all the way into the 00s, it was on TV for like a decade straight

And the fact that its Disney only further proves my point, are you even aware of some of the forgotten shit in the 90s that got video games? Cartoons were expected to have games and other merch, which is the point. Nobody ever saw a cartoon game and thought "WOOOOAH HOW DID THIS PIECE OF SHIT GET A GAME?"
