I don't get why people thought it wouldn't run on Dreamcast. It was an early PS2 game, an era where most devs didn't know jackshit about the PS2 hardware and they pulled out mostly unoptimized stuff. The only reason they didn't port GTA 3 to DC was mostly due to business decisions, not hardware ones.

This shit is a huge chore. But most games I tried bar Jak and Daxter run and boot fine.

Retro shops are mostly handled by scalpers. You choose the worst places to buy your consoles on. Here's a list of my main channels.

Cheapest if you don't mind waiting times. Home consoles are mostly shiny locked, but many handleds are not. Also be sure to grab only platforms, puzzle or fighting games if you don't speak Moonrunes.
>Garage sales
2nd best one, you can snatch pretty good deals. Highly reliant on how many retro coomlectors are your zone.
>Facebook marketplace
Same as garage sales
>Craiglist or similar
Same as garage sales
>Thrift shops
Same as garage sales
>eBay auctions
One of the best, but big chances are you may get ninja'd by another coomlector/retro shop cuck
