Fuck you and the tranny whore you rode in on. You can't spit on david brabens achievements in a retro game forum, without expecting to get your ass gaped like silly puddy. Arguably the best space sim until elite dangerous, frontier elite 2 is one of the best retro 3d games ever made. Another testament to retro 3d is zarch (also developed by braben) on the bbc acorn and airheart on the apple 2. You're also forgetting about the other 3d space sims of the time that are noteworthy, like, star glider 2 and space rogue. Then there's lesser know games like mercenary 2, midwinter 2, hunter, encounter and the colony, which are classic 3d progenitors, not to mention the myriad of other games I'll forget to mention. To say the more well know 3d pioneers like arena/daggerfall, doom, mech warrior, MS flight simulator, wizardry, Utima, alone in the dark, star fox, system shock, etc... Are not retro, is the dumbest thing I've ever heard.
