It perfectly demonstrates just how little respect Ubisoft has for the franchise. While Triumph (as a part of Paradox Interactive) is still making AoW games, Ubisoft is making gacha shit and Auto Chess / Battle Royale clones.
I can only hope that Songs of Conquest will carry the torch for Heroes-like TBSs or that another King's Bounty or Disciples game will be released at some point.
