I've not found one that I can swap. I found a similar civillian model, but it also can't be rgb modded. I did steal the speaker out of it and mod it into the prison one. It had headphone audio only. I have it to where you can listen to the speaker by default and also when you plug the headphones in, it mutes the tv's speakers. It was pretty easy to put a speaker in, just a matter of probing and finding where the audio needed to go. The board had a place for a speaker just it wasn't populated. It's kind of the same situation with the other video options, but having no service manual makes it a bit tedious.
