there also is still no good solution for playing interlaced content or 5th gen games that switch resolution mid-game on digital displays, though I hear that Ultra HDMI N64 mod fixes that problem for the N64 at least.

I had this one. It was pretty good.
Also House of the Dead 2 is GOAT.

I have a question.

Today a friend and I were discussing the House of the Dead games. I have the first game on Saturn and the second game on Dreamcast, along with two light guns for each console. I have a Trintron/WEGA TV, but I had't tested the lightguns on it, I had assumed they would work the same as they did on my prior CRT.

Turns out, not so much. The Saturn (hooked up via S-video) light guns were pretty iffy, and would sometimes instantly go from one side of the screen to the next no matter where we were aiming. The light guns on the dreamcast (also hooked up via S-video) were MUCH worse, half the time they just plain failed to respond and would fly around the screen erratically.

Is there some sort of problem with Trinitrons and Light Guns?
