I'm just pissy you fags get to talk about a system that is 480p NATIVE with BUILT-IN ONLINE CAPABILITY but I can't talk about a 32-BIT console at 240x160 with TWO face buttons without a bunch of fags and mods showing up in my thread.

The dreamcast is an entire world apart from the 3rd and 4th gen consoles we commonly discuss, and still quite a bit different from the 3D, 240p 5th gen stuff that is arguably "retro". The only reason it's on here was because sega mismanaged that shit into the ground and it never achieved mainstream traction like the PS2 you fags are all too hipster for. Either all 6th gen or no 6th gen on /vr/, this shit is just weeb pandering. Giving us a looser "almost retro" board with the only criteria "older than 15 years from current date" would also solve this problem.

Ahem.

But returning to the matter at hand - a 13" monitor is not a good match for the dreamcast (or other 6th gen consoles) that expect the user to be able to discern small objects in the distance for 3D games at a 640x480 native resolution. At 13" the user is basically forced to hunch over a desk, and not the standard couch or recliner enjoyment typically associated with home console gaming.
