I just bought a neGcon to enjoy with my playstation, but while I wait to get back home to where my PS is located, I thought it would be fun to play some games on PC with it.

Therein I found a small concern, when I hook a negCon up to my PC via Super Joy Box 3 Pro, the driver was grabbed automatically, and the controller is detected without issue, but I'm noticing that the L and R buttons are not registering as anything except a single button under the R (I'm guessing this button is combination analog/digital while L is just all digital?). Does anyone have experience using this controller on PC that could tell me why this is occurring? Thanks for the help.

Start with XL/2097. Use Qirex. L2/R2 are air brakes, use them to take corners easier. Play through until you unlock Piranha. Then move to 3 and unlock Icarus. When you've done all that, tackle the original.
