Just follow pic related and try follow the lines, land where the green circle is, ideally you should be able to keep your 34 health and fall through the ceiling at the yellow line onto the table with healthkits.
Notice the white line that is the edge of the pipe, you should remain left of it and when falling gently down, hold into the direction of the diagonal steel beam.
