If you're into retro game collecting for just a handful of games that you loved playing as a child, it's still perfectly manageable to get into. If you're one of the people who feels the need to have complete physical sets, then you're way too late to the party. Amassing a huge collection of games was always for the affluent.

Retro gaming isn't even dead. It's easier than ever these days to play your old games. Either through emulation, clone systems, flash carts, re-releases and repros. Jesus, it's easier now to get into retro games than it was 10 years ago.
