Realistically I'd say Kaji, but nah yeah Pen Pen is actually the chaddest Eva character and it isn't even close.
Why was old Gainax so good at designing likeable mascots? In most shows I hate the shoehorned little animal friend but Gainax often has good ones.

I don't know. Nadia for Mega Drive is like that and I think having battles would have made this game more fun.
I still like the game, but Dragon Quest-style battles would have added some dynamism.
