Picrel best villain. It's a shame that his only major appearence was in one game.
He could've been the perfect "Bowser" to Pac-Man's "Mario".

Spooky was a kino villain, he could've been the perfect "Bowser" to Pac-Man's "Mario", and yet they never used him again.
I hope that World 2 gets the remake treatment, so that we can see him again soon.
