That gpu_culling 1 thing is half the problem with this version as is. After setting it to 0, it uses miniscule GPU where it would use 50-100% and drop frames prior. No idea what their intention was with this option, but the ball was dropped. This, exclusive mode, limiting framerate to VRR range, disabling intro vids, and changing backwards movement to 400 does gif related, mostly.
