I'd spring for an rg35xx. Since the plus model is out right now the originals are going for cheap, and it's got hella better build quality than the discount ones people shill like the SF. You can find it on amazon for like $65 with free 2 day shipping

Just remember to get your own micro sd card no matter what console you get, because all the ones that come with these consoles are shit and prone to failure. If you get an rg35xx, you should also install garlic, easily the best OS.
