Notice how the sprites' pixels still scale properly when playing the game at its proper resolution. No matter how "jagged" the pixels become, they're still uniform and to scale with each other. The RG35XX SP is not playing DreamCast games at a proper resolution and it causes the scaled sprites to warp retardedly.
